Delete Your ANMYA Account

You can permanently delete your ANMYA account and all associated data from this page, even if you no longer have the app installed.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, email, name, avatar
• All linked devices and their saved tokens
• Focus sessions, streaks, goals, and app-usage history
• Your distraction list, Night Guard schedule, and content filters
• Coach memory and any cloud insights you opted into

What is kept (and why)

• An anonymized audit record (no email, no name — just a hashed identifier) so we can answer regulatory inquiries about whether a deletion request was honored. Required under DPDP Act §12 and GDPR Art. 30.
• Aggregated, non-identifying analytics that cannot be traced back to any individual.

How it works

• You are signed out from all devices immediately.
• Your account enters a 30-day grace period. Sign in within 30 days to cancel and recover everything.
• After 30 days your data is permanently erased — this cannot be undone.

Request deletion

We confirm deletion requests by email. If you signed up with a phone number or social login, please email anmya.info@gmail.com directly so we can verify your identity.
